I needed to create a defendable space around my house for fire safety and chose Arborist Standards based on reviews and a project they did for the neighbors. I can't say enough good things about this company. Josh, Ben and Cooper came out to do the work along with their team of hard workers were very professional. They were on time and did a fantastic job. They don't just do tree work but all sorts of yard maintenance including brush removal and even gravel work. Josh and Beng at Arborist Standards Tree Care were absolutely awesome to work with. We used them to remove a couple trees at out complex and they came right out and took care of the issue. They are professional and reliable. I highly recommend this company. I would give 10 stars if I could. This is definitely the tree care service to hire if you have a large tree that needs cut down and hauled away. Josh and his crew were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Using a bucket truck and chipper, they had my fifty-foot high, four foot at the stump weeping willow down and chipped in less than three hours. They left my property cleaner than it was before they arrived. Great job guys!!!

Josh and his team are knowledgeable, polite, easy to work with and professional. The crew showed up on schedule for the project. They removed large white gravel from our front yard and double-wide driveway to the detached garage at the end of our lot. They are hard workers and did a great job with the cleanup. We now have small red rock that matches the trim on the house and garage. The first person to give us a compliment said how much it brightened up the property. We are extremely pleased with the end result and it looks so professional. They also installed a flagstone walkway from the house to the street which makes it easy to get the trash/recycle containers to the street plus it stands out against the red rock and looks beautiful. They have also done tree work at this property for 6 years and are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I will certainly continue to use Josh and his services and would recommend him to anybody without hesitation. Great job! Thank you.

The crew showed up on schedule and the 4 guys where very professional. We had a huge Sycamore over a ditch, and we set things up when the ditch had dried out for maintenance. They climbed up the tree and began trimming. The cuts and sealant used should help the overall health of the tree. The guys communicated with us to see if there was any additional cuts that we wanted from our perspective on the ground. The clean up was perfect, everything looked great. We highly recommend The Arborist.

This is the second time I have dealt with Josh, the first at my home, and this time at my church. Josh gave us an estimate in Feb. for a tree removal at our church. This company is highly recommend by me. I am a retired contractor that has been here for 45 years and had almost lost hope in people that keep their word. He showed up for the estimate when he said he would and called when it was raining to reschedule. They showed up when they said and did a fabulous job. I'm so glad we found this business! We had several trees that were either completely dead, or darn close to it, and some others had dead limbs. I finally got approval (we have new owners, YAY!) to have them dealt with. Josh promptly arrived to assess and bid the job. In this area, it's hard to even get someone to respond to a message, much less SHOW UP. I was afraid they would be expensive for some reason, but because they have a chipper, they bid less than the one other company that bid on it, because that guy was also charging for the trips to the landfill, and I do understand that he shouldn't have to foot the bill for those trips, but it was much more sensible to go with someone who would be able to make less trips to a landfill. The bid was 300 less, they have top-notch reviews and the work was excellent. Lindsay was prompt on getting the paperwork I needed to me, the invoice, and lastly, the receipt. Professional, friendly, excellent work, and fast, too! Another plus for me is that they speak English. I am NOT racist, but I had a terrible time trying to communicate with the other guy. He was nice, but his bid was handwritten and part of it didn't even make sense to me. We will definitely use Arborist Standards Tree Care in the future, and I highly recommend them!

Josh and his team are very polite, easy to work with and very good professional. They know to listen and they are also very good a making recommendations. As an example, we have a beautify 40 feet Deodar tree which has not been trimmed for years, so out of shape and was blocking our view. Josh did a fantastic job to trim it, and the Deodar looks now a real Deodar and we have now a beautiful view of the Rocks! He also did a fantastic work to trimmed our four 30 foot Cypress and other trees. They also did a very good cleaning job, so you even do not know they were here. They were very efficient and also important, his price was very competitive. I will certainly continue to use his services and would recommend him to anybody without hesitation. For information, I am leaving in the Village of Oak Creak.

Josh and his crew did an incredible job from the moment I reached out for and estimate to the minute they pulled out of the driveway. Josh responded to my call within hours arriving the very next morning to evaluate the job. I received a comprehensive estimate the next morning and scheduled a date for the work before other contractors could arrive to check out the job. Josh's office called and confirmed the time and date and told me what to expect. A whole crew arrived complete with cherry picker and wood chipper and they completed a massive job in a day. The 3 other quotes I received would take 3 times as long and cost almost double what Josh charged. He also took into consideration the other trees and plantings and counseled me on the proper way to remove certain trees without injuring others. No one else had (or shared) that knowledge. Finally, Josh and his crew cleaned up and left the property looking better than when they arrived. With dangerous work like this, I believe its important that the company be insured. I have already recommended Arborist Standards Tree Care to my neighbors and friends and will use them again for my future needs.

I called Arborist Standards Tree Service to get an estimate and was greeted by Lindsay who was a delight to talk to. She was professional and sounded like she was truly happy to accommodate my request for the estimate. Josh came out and gave me a very competitive bid and when the time cam to do the work, he and his crew arrived and made fast work of the four trees that had snapped off at the canopies. They brought all four down, cut them into the lengths I asked for, and stacked the logs and cleaned up much more than I had requested which was a very nice surprise. Josh and his crew from Arborist Standard Tree Care removed a large leaning Arizona Cypress tree and trimmed the tops on an oak, fir and another Arizona Cypress. They were polite, courteous, and finished the job in about 2 hours. They were very cautious to avoid damaging shrubs and plants in the area. They left the yard and street cleaner than before. We have a large number of trees that I need hazard limbs removed from them along Oak Creek. I tried calling a few other tree trimming business in the Verde Valley and couldn't get anyone to call me back . Arborist Standards called me back right away to schedule a free estimate for the extensive work I needed done. The crew did a great job cutting off all the hazard limbs on our extremely large cottonwood tree and we plan to work with them again later in the year for the additional work we need done.

As a landscape design & build company in Sedona, I had a client with a storm damaged Mesquite. The work took just over 3 hours - fast and efficient! We even received some great advice on how to care for our existing trees and fix some of our drainage issues. I did compare three service provides in the area. It came down to two candidates. One was all price and the other was about quality and knowledge. For me, a $25 difference was a no brainer. Josh walked me through my backyard and pointed out maintenance recommendations that would provide sustained quality, health, and aesthetics. That's the decision part, here's the execution...Josh did exactly what he proposed and the yard and trees look so much better. No more clutter, no more low branches and dead twigs. Josh and his crew did a great service on my property. They removed two trees for me and the price was the reasonable. I was nervous with having a big tree removed but josh made the experience commforting. And the best part was that they removed the trees and the property looks ten times better and the clean. Up was great they even removed some branches I had on the side of my house without me asking for that. They have gone above and beyond what you would expect from customer service in these days. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tree service . If I ever need service again they are the company I will be contacting.
